What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy helps give people the right nutrients they need for the best possible physical and emotional health.
It can improve energy levels and help healthy weight management. Food sensitivities, hormone balance and digestion can be improved with optimum nutrition.

She sees a wide range of clients with many different health issues.
These include:

  • Coeliac disease and gluten intolerance
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Menopause and hormonal imbalances
  • Weight gain
  • IBS and digestive problems
  • and many others

She creates a personalised eating programme for each client, taking a full case history. Objective advice is given on supplements which may be helpful in optimising health. Phone and email support takes place between consultations. One or two follow-up appointments are usually advised to assess progress and make adjustments to the programme.

The benefits of eating well cannot be underestimated - it may be the best insurance for future health.
