Reflexology
Reflexology
is a science based on the principle that reflexes in the feet and hands relate to the internal organs and structures within
the body
Following
illness, stress, injury or disease the body is in a state of imbalance and vital energy pathways are blocked preventing it
from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage
healing. This gentle therapy can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body, ease tensions and
improve circulation.
Reflexology
is a truly holistic non-invasive therapy where the practitioner sees the individual as a whole. This therapy can benefit everyone
and an increasing number of people are using this safe natural therapy as a way of relaxing, balancing and harmonising the
body

Massage & Aromatherapy
Massage
is an ancient form of healing, which has been used for thousands of years to offer relief from pain, provide comfort, relaxation
and rejuvenate muscles. Touch is one of our most basic instincts and it has long been recognised that touch can help to calm
and heal. The therapeutic effects of massage are once more becoming recognised and appreciated.
A massage treatment
may be carried out in a number of ways, depending on the needs of the individual. It is usual for the client to be partially
undressed and to lie on a massage couch. However the discretion of the client will be maintained at all times with the use
of towels.
Skilled
massage can bring relief from many painful muscle and joint problems, ease pain, headaches, stiffness, anxiety and the effects
of stress and tension. In an Aromatherapy massage, essential oils may also be incorporated into a treatment and be blended
to suit the individual needs of the client. The oils can help treat conditions such as eczema, menstrual problems, headaches,
depression, muscular problems, coughs and colds, or to simply aid relaxation from everyday stresses and strains.
