Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a means of inducing a light trance so that healing,
therapeutic, positive, changes can be made to modify behaviour, negative emotions or attitudes and so benefit & improve
the well-being of the Client
What does
it feel like to be hypnotised?
We as individuals go into a light trance several times a day all by ourselves,
& hypnosis is a very similar state: everybody experiences trance differently, it is a unique experience, but you, the
Client, are always in control. In general hypnosis is a pleasant, relaxing and tranquil experience. Hypnotherapy provides the opportunity to deal with deep-seated issues that
affect you on a conscious level: this work is carried out with your co-operation & in a most caring & nurturing way.
When you are fully aware again you may even be able to recall everything that happened while you were in trance, depending
on how deep your trance was.
Hypnotherapy can be used on its own or in conjunction with other healing
techniques such as counselling & helping to reframe the Client's thinking in a more positive way – it gives you, the
Client, the chance to change unwanted behaviours, remove unnecessary phobias, control & manage disturbing emotions &
use positive thinking to improve your general well-being.

move back to their correct alignment and much more. Quantum-TouchTM can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other therapies.
A
