What is Clinical Hypnotherapy & NLP?

Hypnosis, in itself is not a therapy but it is used in hypnotherapy to access the unconscious mind in the treatment of emotional and psychological problems.  During hypnosis, the client remains in full control and is totally aware, just in a deeply relaxed state. It is a proven effective treatment, where calming, non-intrusive techniques help to bypass your conscious to overcome many problems.

Whether you wish to eradicate unwanted habits or behaviours, to find relief from specific emotional issues or to simply have more confidence in your daily life, as a qualified therapist we can help to bypass your conscious mind to overcome the source of many presenting issues, such as, anxiety, stress, hypertension, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, unwanted habits, insomnia, fears, phobias, panic attacks, pain control, weight problems, OCD, IBS, dyslexia, exam nerves, smoking cessation, pregnancy and childbirth, menopause and much, much more.
